Vacancies: Applied Theatre, Media and Digital Practitioners/Facilitators

C&T, the company mixing drama, learning and digital technology is looking to recruit a number of freelance artists and practitioners in the fields of applied and educational theatre as well digital media facilitators as part of our plans to grow our online learning platform Prospero.
Prospero provides artists with a digital toolkit with which they can build their own creative learning resources & share these online. Our ambition is to grow Prospero as an online community of ‘Prospero Producers’ - practitioners, educators, young people and stakeholders, working together as a network: developing their own diverse, creative activities & sharing these resources via Prospero.
Over the coming three years a number of strands of work will develop for Prospero and we will need to draw on a diverse set of artist and facilitator skills to meet the needs of this exciting work. Some of this will be schools and college based, other work will happen in universities, with learning disabled people, in care settings and hospitals. Much of this work will be in and around Worcester and the West Midlands, where we are based, other work will be sited elsewhere in England.
In anticipation of this rise in demand we want to recruit a pool of freelancers we can draw on as and when we need to. We won’t waste your time: we won’t ask you to join the pool unless there is a strong possibility of work in the short to medium term. Some work will be offered on daily rate, typically on a scale of £175-£250. Other work will be issued as commissions.
