Prospero Forum: Join us to discuss the future of drama and online learning during COVID19
Following the sell-out success of our two previous ‘Rough Winds’, events, Prospero announce three further online discussions about the future of drama under lockdown and the potential of technology to make a difference.
We want teachers and theatre practitioners from across the spectrum of skills and experience to join us. These are challenging times: we all have something to contribute. We have given each event a distinctive theme so we can engage in discussions that address the widest range of needs. Each event will be hosted on Zoom and is free to join. Prospero Forum: drama, technology and cross-curricular learning Discuss how Drama and technology can come together to enable cross-curricular/interdisciplinary learning with social distancing measures. Is kinaesthetic learning possible under social distancing? Can project-based learning be a reality in pods? What drama strategies will be most useful when schools return in September? How might we advocate for drama in primary classrooms in the current climate? How can drama and tech be brought together to support home learners?

Prospero Forum: Using Drama and Technology in Special Education This open discussion will use C&T's experience over working in Fort Royal Community Primary School, Worcester, to inform a discussion about the potential of creativity and technology in Special Education. Whatever your context or experience we would love you to join our conversation. COVID-19 might inform what we discuss, but we want to explore possibilities and constructive ways forward for schools, teachers, children and their families, as well as examples of practice.
