When subscribing to a Producer plan, you agree to the following terms of service:

• Your subscription is linked to your Prospero user account.

• Any subscription you purchase is automatically renewed or cancelled on the date of expiry, as specified in your account preferences.

• Prospero will try to keep your Producer account accessible at all times.

• If Prospero has trouble doing this, we’ll work our hardest to give you access as quickly as possible.
