Information We Collect

We will only use your personal data where we have a legal basis to do so and will always respect your rights.

When you visit Prospero as an anonymous visitor, we do not collect your personal data. We offer the option to create a free account, and as part of the registration process we require an email and password combination (your personal data) which we store on our secure server to enable your future access to your account. This personal data is stored by us until you close this account.

We also store a cookie in your browser when you sign into Prospero. The cookie holds a randomised code that tells us you have permission to access the account and improves your experience on our website. Please see our cookie policy for more detail on how we use cookies.

Marketing Data

Any personal data (including email address, name, address locations and telephone numbers) you supply to Prospero via our marketing forms are used only by Prospero, and are saved to our dedicated marketing database. This information is not shared with any third party and is kept separate to any Prospero account data we may hold.

Prospero takes the protection of personal data extremely seriously. Technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, data.
